Great points Tim! I’ve realized a lot of these lessons over the years, of having a lot of hobbies and thinking I could cobble them into a career or “full time equivalent.” In reality, I’m constantly stressed about money and falling off the cliff. I miss stability and predictability and some level of regular inspiration for my writing, with the funds to do things like shop (which is a subject I write about).
